Our Team
Benjamin Haynes, President
Ben has been a business owner and licensed contractor for over 30 years. Having also worked as Forensic Contractor for over 20 years, he has a unique ability to see how problems can arise from incorrectly installing even the highest quality windows and doors. He has worked in deconstruction buildings and homes with construction problems, finding the source of issues, and testifying as an expert witness in both state and federal courts regarding his findings. His passion for quality installation is unmatched. Ben is an active member of Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA) serving on the Workforce Development Committee, the Nomination Committee and as the TCBA PAC Chair. He is also part of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) serving on the PAC Board of Directors. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, paddle boarding, serving the community, and relaxing with a game of disc golf or pickleball.
Brandon Mendez, Project Manager
With 15 years of dedicated experience in the window and door industry, Brandon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. From installation to maintenance, his journey has been defined by a steadfast commitment to excellence and an unwavering attention to detail. In an industry where precision and reliability are paramount, Brandon takes pride in his ability to consistently deliver superior workmanship while fostering positive relationships with clients. With him, you can trust that your window and door projects are in capable hands, where expertise meets unparalleled dedication to customer service. When he is not in the field, Brandon loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and family. He enjoys wood turning, fishing, and all the fun in the sun the Treasure Coast has to offer.
Skyler Haynes, Estimator
Skyler grew up in the construction industry. With a solid background in window installation, coupled with years of experience as a window estimator, Skyler brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of windows and doors. Through hands-on experience as an installer, he has garnered an extraordinary depth of knowledge about various types of windows, their materials, and the intricacies of their installation process. Beyond technical proficiency, Skyler prides himself on his commitment to customer satisfaction, always striving to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. This dedication, coupled with his comprehensive understanding of windows, has earned him a reputation for reliability and excellence in the industry. When Skyler is not in the office or out helping clients, you will always find him spending time with his wife and family, or surfing the best waves he can find!
Christine Candiff-Lewis, Business Development Manager
Christine’s journey showcases an impressive transition from 23 years in the Criminal Justice field to the Business field, leveraging her extensive experience and education. Her decision to join the H&M Impact Window and Door team as the Business Development Manager demonstrates a commitment to making a difference in her new community of Port Saint Lucie, while also highlighting her passion for building relationships and contributing to local businesses. Outside of work, Christine prioritizes her faith and family, showing a well-rounded approach to life. She is married with 4 adult children and 3 “bonus” daughters. Her involvement in her church reflects her values and commitment to serving others beyond her professional endeavors. She is overflowing with joy and her life reflects her commitment to serving others.
Kelly Haynes, Office Manager
Kelly keeps our office running smoothly. She provides amazing support to our team. With her experience as a successful real estate agent, she understands the importance of quality work and strives to meet and exceed our clients expectations every time! She adds a woman’s touch to the details and makes our clients feel like family. She loves being a part of the Treasure Coast community and is exceedingly grateful to work with family and live in paradise. When she is not in the office or meeting with clients, you will find her at the beach chasing sunsets, paddle boarding, and enjoying the ocean with her family.
Caity Mendez, Front Office Administrator
Caity was born and raised in the Florida Keys before making the Treasure Coast her home. With extensive expertise in customer service, her professional journey includes obtaining licenses in both real estate and community management. Caity is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring their experience with H&M is handled with trust and care from start to finish. She feels blessed to work alongside her family, as family is at the core of her values. When she’s not in the office, you can find her spending time with her husband Brandon, daughter Averie, and golden retriever Buddy.
